The doctoral student may solely agree or disagree to the online circulation (or any other form of circulation) of his work.

The universities draw up their own contracts according to the general guidelines defined in the thesis charter.

The doctoral student may also upload their thesis online freely (without a contract with their university) on an open archive platform such as TEL.
