Héloïse was developed by the CCSD [Centre pour la Communication Scientifique Directe (French agency for the development of open access repositories)] under a convention with the SNE [Syndicat national de l’édition (French Publishers Association)] and the FNPS [Fédération nationale de la presse spécialisée (Professional press organisation)].
